We receive, collect and store any information you enter on our website or provide us in any other way. In addition, we collect the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet; login; e-mail address; password; computer and connection information and purchase history. We may use software tools to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page. We also collect personally identifiable information (including name, email, password, communications, phone number, credit card information, travelin purpose and period, country of residence); comments, feedback, product reviews, recommendations, and personal profile. In addition, Black Desert Travel may gather other data that you consent to provide as well as data that is essential for the company’s operations.

PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

This does not include website hosting partners and other parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or serving our users, as long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. Black Desert Travel has implemented security controls in order to prevent your personal information from being lost, changed, displayed or accessed without appropriate permissions. All access to personal data is limited to parties which need access based on job functions and all individuals handling or having access to personal data are bound by confidentiality clauses. All transactions are processed through a gateway provider and never get stored or processed on our servers.


In the event of a security breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you or the Privacy Authority, as appropriate by law.

Personal information will only be kept for as long as necessary in order to service the company’s business operations.
